GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

SIZE:

Please prepare 30 inches (width) by 40 inches (height) poster, in portrait orientation

TITLE, AUTHOR, and AFFILIATION:

Use letters equivalent to 72 points (~2cm) for the title nd 40 points (less than 1cm) for subtitle and author/s. Please note that title and author/s should be the same as in the accepted abstract. Please indicate author’s affiliation.

TEXT TYPE:

Use at least 20 points (about 6mm high). Use upper and lower case standards letters.

TEXT/BODY AND ILLUSTRATIONS: 

Highlight rationale, objectives, methodology, results, conclusion and references of the study. Tables, figures and plates/photos should also be included.

EXHIBIT:

• Posters should be mounted on the first day of the conference, November 7, 2019 (7:00-8:00AM).

• Presenters are asked to stay on the poster exhibit during viewing to entertain questions from the participants.

• Presenters are asked to remove and bring with them their posters on the second day of the conference, November 8, 2019 (5:00PM).
